Went to Jordan Van Sewell's grand opening of his new studio gallery today. Great fun. For those who did not make it there, I recommend a visit to this funky, charming place. Jordan is presenting this exhibition of "new and selected works" until Sept. 24 - open daily from noon to 5. Located at 43 Curtis St. Call Jordan at 944-9262.

While there, I chatted with Jordan's significant other, Joanne Vanderhorst. They are planning to go down to their house in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico from December through March and are offering rental space for those who would like to join them in this storied place.
There will be a choice of a studio apartment with full kitchen and bathroom for $600 (US) per week, or the main house - 3 bedrooms on 2 levels with roof top terrace, all for $1200 (US) per week. (Monthly rates also available). A pool on the property will be available. The location overlooks the city and ocean from the top of a hill. There is also a grand studio space for use in the house. If you are interested contact Jordan or Joanne at 944-9262 or Joanne at joanne.vanderhorst@shaw.ca
