The Manitoba Crafts Museum and Library
is holding our annual Dessert Party. Friday, September 29th, 7pm-9pm, hosted at the Living Prairie Museum, 2795 Ness Avenue. Tickets are $12.50 and can be purchased in advance by calling 487-6117, or at the door. The event will feature a buffet of homemade desserts, with coffee, tea and juice. A silent auction of wonderful items will also be featured. It’s also a great evening to visit with other craftspeople in fun and relaxed setting. Hope to see you there.

Bev Morton at the Wayne Arthur Gallery is setting up a series of get-togethers she calls Creative Coffee breaks. The next Creative Coffeebreak will be Wednesday, September 20, starting at 7 PM at Wayne Arthur Gallery. The gallery will supply coffee, tea, banana loaf and chairs. If anyone else wants to bring something, please do and let Bev know. Please let her know if you plan to come although you will be forgiven if you can't make it. Subsequently, Creative Coffeebreaks will be held the second Friday morning of the month at 10 AM and the third Wednesday evening of the month.
