I received the following e-mail a couple of days ago and decided to pass it along, although I do not know anything about these shows or the person running them. Does anyone out there have any information about this endeavour? Has anyone participated in any of the sales? If you have info. please reply to this blog - Thanks, Jo'Anne.

Hello,

My name is Janet Ardebol and I am the Chairperson and Founder of HomeM.A.D.E.(Making A Difference for Everyone) - a non-profit organization that coordinates events to support local artisans, crafters and small or home-based businesses. Each event we coordinate, the net proceeds are donated to a local charity, organization or cause. Our events are successful due to the collaborative marketing efforts from vendors, volunteers and staff and surrounding community relations.

We are currently looking for vendors for the following shows:

October 13th - Notre Dame Community Centre (271 de la Cathedrale)
October 27th - Grant Park High School
November 3rd - Southdale (254 Lakewood)
November 17th - Notre Dame Community Centre
December 1st - Caboto Centre (pending)

We are also always working on other events, so please check out our website regularly for vending opportunities - http://homemademanitoba.freeservers.com/.

If you would like to receive further information and an application form, please contact me and I will have one forwarded to you.

If you so wish to confirm via e-mail of your participation and then subsequently mail the registration form and rental fee, that would be greatly appreciated.

Respectfully,
Janet Ardebol
Chairperson and Founder
HomeM.A.D.E.
